Before and After Care
For campers needing supervision before or after regular camp hours, Before and After Care are available for an additional fee. No prior notice is needed, and there is no long-term commitment. Have an early morning appointment? Just bring your camper to Before Care. Running late? No worries. Campers not picked up at the close of camp will automatically go to After Care. Families will be billed at the end of each session for Before Care and drop-in After Care.
Registration is not required; however, it is highly encouraged.
Families that pre-register and pre-pay for After Care receive a discounted rate.
Before Care 7:30 - 8:00 am
Pre-registration and Pre-payment are not required
No weekly minimum charge
$5 per day
After Care 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Pre-register and prepay: Families that pre-register and prepay for After Care will receive a discounted rate. Pre-register for one day or all five days a week for a pre-paid rate of $10 per day. When you register for a particular day of the week, you are registering for that day in both the first and second weeks of the session. (Ex: You register for Monday after care. You will be billed $20 as there are two Mondays in a session.)
Drop-in: Families using After Care without pre-registering will be billed $12 per hour. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour per day per camper. The actual time used after the initial hour will be rounded up to the closest half hour.
Pick-ups after 6:00 pm will be billed $1 per minute.
For the discounted rate, Families MUST pre-register by June 8, 2026.
Pre-registered After Care sessions may be canceled and refunded if cancellation is submitted in writing to the Camp Office two weeks before the start of the session. After that, all preregistered, prepaid sessions are non-refundable.
There is no refund for unused pre-registered/prepaid After Care days.
